hmm.. i realised i haven't blogged for almost 2 weeks? well, at least it's better than close to one month right? and i DO have an excuse... exams.. hehe..
so... where did i stopped last time... erm... televaganza? okay.. so.. the next main thing that happened was... chen's birthday! and so again.. happy birthday dear :) well, as she was normally the main planner for all suprises, all of us were kinda lost at how to suprise her.. so... we discussed the plan one night before, or actually on the morning (2-3am) of the day we suprise her.. it seemed so good at first.. until the last minute.......... apparently, there were many leaks and so, she found out when she was outside greg's room.. sigh.. all the planning gone to waste.. at least we tried though.. hehe.. details of what happened after the suprise will not be discussed here.. so we'll just go to the present part ;) bought her a necklace.. didn't know what to buy at all.. or actually.. i DO know what to buy.. only that there are no suitable ones... all my rushed surveys in a week found nothing.. =/ hope you like it..
then, there were the exams... just too much to study.. it was an extremely stressful week.. i have four days of exams out of five.. well, not as bad as harold but.. its still bad.. then, i became damn moody for no apparent reasons.. for 3 days in a row! it was pure stupidity and im sorry for all the unpleasantness i made everyone feel.. especially you dear.. im really sorry for those days and how i made you felt.. i love you..
anyway, back to the exams..
day 1.. maths 1: supposedly the subject which i had highest hopes on... but i just did too many silly mistakes...
day 2.. literature: an essay of 1500 words.. i think i overwrote.. but my essay is almost completely blank.. meaningless and not exploring the stories at all...
day 4.. econs: (physics was on day 3 but i didn't take physics) for the first time, short answer question test where we have to write a paragraph for a 2 mark question and a whole page for an 8 mark question.. so, i was studying and doing tutorial paper questions the whole day and night before that.. and i only didnt know how to do 2 questions so i skipped them.. praying really hard (okay fine, i didn't pray.. just hoped) that those 2 questions didnt come out.. and guess what.. they did! two 8 marks questions! both of them accounted for 16 out of the 40 marks allocated for the entire paper!!! well, at least i know a lil of the first question.. and i crapped for the second one.. haha.. didnt even have enough time to finish that question though.. sigh..
day 5.. maths 2: questions from lecture 1-18.. was studying like mad the day before... but when we did the past year papers, we found out that we didn't really know how to do them.. so on the next day, i felt so so unconfident.. when i opened the paper and read the question, i was so so damn happy.. coz they were all easy questions!!!! or so i thought... i got stuck at 2 of the 3 questions that allocated the most marks.. and so.. it was another gone case..
conclusion: exam = screwed...
well, at least its over and done for.. so after that, i joined chen, greg, hizwan, and vivien to go to st kilda beach! was kinda cold.. luckily i was smart enough to wear long trousers and another layer on my shirt... but i still wore sandals though.. beach ma.. no choice... and so we went.. and they froze.. kekeke.. well, they didn't freeze la.. just was very cold.. apart from that, it was really nice.. i haven't been to a beach since the last time i went to st kilda.. i guess everyone should remember from one of my old posts.. where "someone" said that the earliest tram begins at 6am.. =P hehe.. spent quite a lot that day.. had cured salmon on crusted bread for lunch, then had pudding for tea.. then had jap food at night.. spent around $40 on food alone that day? hmmm..but its fine i guess.. celebrate the end of exams and the beginning of holidays! gold coast is nearer.. and nearer..........
term 3 has ended.. it proves that time passes really fast... it seemed almost like yesterday that i first stepped on melbourne for college life.. this is among the most meaningful year of my life and i hope that it doesn't end so fast.. i don't know what might come during uni life but i know that im very comfortable in college now.. i don't want to move on.. if only time moved slower now... if only....
