anywayz, as all of you can see above (too bad if you're blind, you won't even be reading this), i'll be flying off to Goald Coast in 6 hours time!!! hehe
okay.. update on my holidays..
so.. on saturday, the day i typed my previous blog, i did all my house chores.. no cleaning, definitely no (didn't bother bout it after my 1st month here).. just that i filed up my stacks of papers whihc took me around 2-3 hours? folded my clothes that were collecting dust on the metal hanging thingy since the week before my exams... and at the same time, did another round of laundry.. my wardrobe was almost empty.. except for the trousers.. those will never finish even for a few months =P then tidied up my messed up study and dining table.. well, that's about all the house work i've done that day.. not much but still.. took me bout 4-5 hours? and the stupid people who did laundry just wouldn't collect their stooopid clothes.. had to go down a few time to look for empty dryers.. 30 minutes and the third time i went down.. finally got one empty dryer.. damn those people.. it's a saturday NOON!!! hmm, don't care bout it.. finally over.. i'll do my laundry during weekday noon form now on.. =/
anyway, the next few days were spent waking up at 11-12, playing generals and backstabbing each other non-stop while at it.. nothing much happened... except today.. hehe.. well, i think there SHOULD be some things that happened but guess i cant remember them except for today (a bit sad right if i cant even remember what happened today).. so.. slept at 4am after a few rounds of generals at 778.. then woke up at 12.. had lunch at boba's.. then went to city to ask for a few questions bout our trip.. which includes "does the hotel provide shampoo?" and so the lady had to call all the way to gold coast =P cant blame us la.. coz its actually a service apartment so we don't know if there's shampoo.. anyway, after we left that place, me, chen, greg and daniel went window shopping! went into the few normal shops first.. then went to check out suits for the upcoming trinity ball in november... so... went into a few shops.. but didn't tried.. till we entered "soho" (a shop specializing in suits).. at first, no size.. all abit too big... until i saw one which was one size smaller.. and it fit!!!! quite nice.. plain black.. then i tried the trousers.. and then tried them with the shoes.. i looked quuuiiiiiite good la.. haha.. and i really liked the shoes la! quite pointy.. but its high top! at first i tried, it looked weird.. but now i think again.. its very special.. i like! :D the suit and trousers cost around $800.. so, with a proper shirt and shoes.. probably gonna cost me $1000.. have to ask my parents bout it.. waiting for their call.. =/ hopefully can la.. hehe.....
then, we went walking around again... and met some friends in a dress shop.. after they left, greg and daniel suggested that chen tried on some dresses... hehehe... so in the end, we managed to get her to wear certain dresses... keep on changing till its past time for the shop to close.. me and greg have a bit of the same taste... both of us liked the last one.. but the girls (chen and vivien who came later), said its not nice.. but anyway, there are still many shops so, still many choices ;)
and then, went back to arrows, sent chen home, went for dinner, then 778, and here i am... blogging in my room.
btw, my parents called back just now.. while im typing this blog.. i told her that the suit and shoes cost around $1000.. and my mum's reaction was..."i sew for you and send through fed-ex"... =P after long talking and all she allowed.. phew... but i'll still go looking around for better deals.. hehe
ahh! and i remembered one funny thing that happened during this holiday... after dinner, me and raymond went to the reception to check for mail
me: hi, can i check mail for room 780?
receptionist: no
me: errr...
receptionist: kidding!
then he passes me my mails
receptionist: oh btw, do you know that arrows (my apartment) now charge $5 for mail service?
me: err.. no?
receptionist: oh just to let you know..
me: ooookay....
receptionist: kidding! -.-"
to much weh! kena con two times in a row!!!! but the guy's quite funny la.. haha
anyway, time for me to stop here.. have to sleep already or else i'll oversleep and miss my flight =/ so.. guess this blog is long enough for 5 days.. then, i'll be back and PROBABLY blog about it.. hehe.. till then, cya!!!
